About the role

As part of the CGO (Chief Growth Officer) Office Team, you are a central figure in operational business and contribute significantly to keeping the company on track.

What you'll do

• Identify and develop solution approaches together with relevant stakeholders from all departments, which you then implement end-to-end – using analytical methods and a keen sense for emerging opportunities
• Take on projects with high significance for the company independently and be responsible for conceptualization, planning and implementation of cross-departmental programs and measures
• Work cross-functionally with departments and senior leadership to enable further company growth
