Entrepreneur in Residence Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Entrepreneur In Residence Intern to support activities and initiatives across different departments.

What you'll do

• Be a team player and sparing partner to our team leaders/ managers
• Create internal dashboards to monitor the team's performance
• Analyze current operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with the founders, as well as with the Logistics and Operations teams

What you'll need

• You are enrolled in the University or are a fresh graduate looking to gain some work experience (minimum 3 months internship duration)
• You have a strong proficiency with numbers and Excel
• You possess excellent analytical skills
• You have excellent communication skills in both German and English (C1 or above)
