About the role
As an Energy Consultant, you'll manage a strategic portfolio of existing B2B industrial clients, guiding them through sustainable energy solutions from onboarding to ongoing relationship development. You'll serve as their central point of contact, providing strategic advice on energy procurement and helping them maximize value from trawa's platform.
What you'll do
- Manage strategic existing clients from structured onboarding to continuous expansion and maximize their business value with trawa
- Build strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers and operational stakeholders, positioning solutions along their key value drivers
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, qualify them commercially, and develop win-win offers with clear business cases
- Solve complex, business-critical issues for B2B clients with high electricity budgets in a pragmatic and results-oriented manner
- Orchestrate collaboration between Sales, Product, and Operations teams as the central customer contact
- Utilize existing customer success tools (playbooks, QBR templates, automation) and continuously develop them further
- Take responsibility for excellent account handling, strong relationship management, and commercial results in your client portfolio
What you'll need
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or comparable B2B consulting role
- Proven strength in building trusted relationships at decision-maker and operational levels
- Ability to identify commercial potential data-driven, build business cases, and negotiate value-oriented deals
- Track record in customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction
- Strong "farmer mentality": results-oriented, structured, self-responsible with focus on sustainable accounts
- Strong analytical thinking to derive clear recommendations from data and make KPI-supported decisions
