Senior Product Manager

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product & Tech team and help turn our ambitious roadmap into reality. You'll own elements of the end-to-end product lifecycle for BEAT81 fitness experiences, working closely with the founder and product leadership to build innovative fitness-tech solutions from the ground up.

What you'll do

• Own elements of the end-to-end product lifecycle for BEAT81 fitness experiences, from discovery to delivery and iteration
• Build new features and products from scratch
• Define and evolve product vision and roadmap that inspire users to keep coming back
• Lead continuous customer discovery to deeply understand users' needs
• Collaborate closely with software and hardware engineering and design teams
• Work with founder and product leadership to build the team from the ground up
• Prioritize initiatives using customer insights, product data, and business impact
• Act as key partner to stakeholders and leadership, driving alignment and clarity
• Take full ownership of outcomes, measuring success and continuously improving the product

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a startup or scale-up environment
• Strong track record of partnering with engineering and design teams
• Proven ownership in defining and shaping product strategy and long-term vision
• Hands-on experience leading customer discovery and making data-driven decisions
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including executive communication
• Structured, well-organized approach with bias toward action and execution
• User-centric mindset focused on delivering meaningful solutions
• Ability to work autonomously and navigate challenges effectively
• Comfort thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Genuine passion for fitness, sports, and building products in this space
