About the role

As a Customer Success Associate at trawa, you'll support B2B industrial customers in maximizing value from sustainable energy solutions. You'll manage the complete customer journey from onboarding through ongoing success, working with Europe's leading clean energy platform.

What you'll do

  • Provide personal customer support to ensure long-term satisfaction and success with products
  • Guide new customers through onboarding and software solution implementation
  • Collaborate with product development and sales teams to create exceptional customer experiences
  • Handle and prioritize incoming customer inquiries, resolving issues independently or escalating appropriately
  • Maintain data quality in CRM systems and other platforms
  • Prepare, document and track results from internal meetings, customer QBRs and reports

What you'll need

  • University degree or comparable professional experience in relevant field
  • Native-level German and fluent English
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills for professional customer interactions
  • Analytical thinking and comfort with data analysis
  • Technology affinity and experience with CRM systems and digital tools

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in B2B customer support or analytical roles
  • Background in energy industry or renewable energy interest
  • Additional European languages
