Lead hiring and performance management for a team of 6–7 engineers (senior to junior across mobile, backend, and frontend), partnering closely with your Product Manager to shape and deliver the roadmap with strong team ownership.

What you'll do

  • Lead hiring and performance management for a team of 6–7 engineers (senior to junior across mobile, backend, and frontend), setting a high bar for talent and enabling engineers to grow and perform at their best
  • Partner closely with your Product Manager in a highly collaborative setup to shape and deliver the roadmap, with strong ownership from the team
  • Foster a culture that thrives in ambiguity, embraces experimentation, and continuously evolves based on learnings
  • Lead architecture and design discussions, driving high-quality technical decisions across the full stack
  • Champion an experimentation mindset, leveraging data and customer insights to validate ideas and iterate quickly
  • Solve complex technical challenges pragmatically in a customer-facing, multi-service environment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business to drive impactful initiatives

What you'll need

  • A seasoned engineering leader with strong ownership, aligning technical direction with team and stakeholder needs
  • Comfortable navigating complex problem spaces and empowering your team to do the same
  • Passionate about experimentation as a core tool for discovery and decision-making
  • Bring a full-stack mindset and can engage meaningfully across backend and frontend systems
  • Experienced in applying AI technologies within product development
  • A people-first leader who coaches and supports engineers at all levels without micromanaging
  • Deeply customer-focused, using product judgment to guide roadmap and priorities
  • Thrive in an international, cross-functional environment with strong collaboration skills
