About the role
As a Customer Success Representative at Doctolib, you'll be a key support for your team, processing customer inquiries efficiently and ensuring data quality. You'll help healthcare professionals streamline their daily workflows so they can focus on providing the best possible care to their patients.
What you'll do
- Provide operational support to your team through standardized processes in customer portfolio management
- Evaluate and forward customer inquiries, coordinate handoffs within the team
- Maintain high data quality by updating customer data and documenting interactions
- Configure and optimize product settings in Doctolib for optimal customer experience
- Support customers through all phases of collaboration including contracts, cancellations, and license transfers
- Collaborate closely with your team to achieve customer satisfaction, retention, and growth goals
What you'll need
- Experience in Customer Operations, Customer Success, inside sales, or comparable operational roles, ideally in B2B or SaaS
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks intelligently
- Independent and solution-oriented working style with team player mentality
- Attention to detail with focus on data quality and clean documentation
- Strong communication skills and service orientation via email, phone, and internal chat
- Fluent German (minimum C1) and good English skills (minimum B2)
Nice to have
- Healthcare experience, ideally from practice or clinic environments
- Technical understanding and affinity for software products
- Data affinity with experience in CRM systems like Salesforce and dashboards
