Talent Acquisition Manager - Dutch speaking

About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead recruitment efforts while managing and developing a team of talent sourcers. You'll work closely with department managers and stakeholders to align recruitment needs and contribute to workforce planning while positioning AUTO1 Group as an attractive employer.

What you'll do

• Manage and develop talent sourcers on a day-to-day basis and coach them in their professional development
• Work closely with two Talent Sourcers based in Spain, guiding them on priorities and ensuring optimal collaboration and results
• Together with various department managers and other internal stakeholders, align recruitment needs and contribute to workforce planning
• Monitor and analyse recruitment data to continuously optimise the process and manage based on KPIs and conversion rates
• Contribute to positioning AUTO1 Group as an attractive employer and proactively set up initiatives aimed at developing partnerships with schools and recruitment agencies
• Act as a sparring partner for management and serve as an ambassador for our recruitment policy, both locally and internationally
