About the role

We're looking for a Paid Social Lead to manage and scale our paid social channels globally. In this position, you will move beyond basic execution to oversee strategy, technical integration, and creative testing for Pipedrive's social presence.

What you'll do

  • Lead the global paid social roadmap, managing our media agency relationship and multi-million dollar budgets across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging platforms
  • Build and maintain a structured creative pipeline. This involves translating performance data into clear design briefs, establishing a high-velocity testing roadmap, and collaborating with the brand/design team to iterate on "social-first" assets based on hook rates and conversion data
  • Collaborate with our Influencer and Organic teams to integrate high-performing User-Generated Content (UGC) into our paid funnel
  • Work alongside Data Science to move beyond basic attribution. You will lead incrementality testing to determine iROAS by platform/geo
  • Partner with martech to improve signals sent to social platforms for bidding and audience targeting
  • Work with the web team to improve landing page experience, with a focus on mobile devices

What you'll need

  • At least three years of experience in paid social campaign management
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with platforms like Meta, LinkedIn and Reddit
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns
  • Experience building creative feedback loops, bridging the gap between insights and creative briefs to production
  • Collaborative, structured and action driven, adept at managing multiple projects and stakeholders
  • An understanding of incrementality testing and measurement frameworks
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and campaign reporting

  • Familiarity with B2B marketing is a plus
