About the role

Join Scout24's sales team as a B2B Sales professional focused on acquiring new business customers for ImmoScout24. You'll proactively identify potential clients, conduct needs analysis, and build long-term business relationships through targeted sales strategies and product solutions.

What you'll do

  • Proactively acquire new B2B customers through outbound sales activities
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and identify suitable solutions from the product portfolio
  • Win new customers through phone sales with strong persuasion skills and compelling arguments
  • Execute cross-selling and upselling strategies to maximize customer value
  • Focus on continuously achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients

What you'll need

  • Completed vocational training or relevant experience in B2B sales, account management, or real estate industry
  • Proven sales experience with a strong hunter mindset and high closing orientation
  • Proactive, structured, goal-oriented and solution-focused working style
  • High level of self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking, and drive to achieve results
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
  • Strong teamwork skills with ability to share successes and motivate others
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

  • Additional foreign language skills
