About the role
Pipedrive is looking for a Senior SEM Manager to lead our global paid search strategy and performance. This is a critical role responsible for driving measurable growth across Google, Bing, and local search engines. You will partner closely with our agency to ensure high-quality execution and continuous experimentation.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEM roadmap to drive efficient revenue growth across all search platforms
- Oversee agency delivery quality, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence
- Lead campaign strategy, including account structure, bidding logic, keyword research, and audience frameworks
- Implement sophisticated bidding strategies (tROAS, tCPA, value-based bidding) and automation scripts to maximize efficiency at scale
- Build a structured roadmap for experiments; plan, analyze, and scale winning initiatives
- Manage the SEM budget P&L, collaborating with Finance on forecasting, pacing, and ROI modeling
- Partner with Martech on tracking and attribution, and with Product on landing page testing to improve post-click conversion
- Develop Tableau dashboards to surface performance drivers and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders
What you'll need
- 5–8+ years of hands-on experience across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including creating, scaling and optimising complex campaigns
- Proven track record managing 8-figure annual spends and partnering with Finance teams on reporting
- Strong analytical and quantitative capability with fluency in experiment design, incrementality measurement, attribution theory and navigating complex data environments
- Familiarity with conversion events, audience configuration and tracking infrastructure
- Confidence to serve as key advisor to internal stakeholders, presenting complex insights clearly and effectively
- Understanding of SaaS acquisition dynamics, lead-to-revenue funnels, and performance signals is preferred
