About the role

Join CarOnSale, a Berlin-based tech startup, as a Sales Analyst to drive data-driven insights and growth in the European automotive trade industry. You'll conduct deep sales analytics, develop dashboards, and support strategic decision-making while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Conduct in-depth analysis of sales metrics and generate actionable business insights for sales management
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau and Salesforce for key KPI management
• Automate recurring analyses and workflows using AI-powered tools like Dataleap or Langdock
• Support sales leadership with forecasts, scenario analyses, and resource planning
• Develop and implement sales processes, go-to-market models, incentivization, and CRM infrastructure
• Prepare analyses as clear decision templates and present recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
• Take on full project responsibility with opportunities for rapid advancement

What you'll need

• Completed degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or comparable field
• 1-3 years of experience in analytical or generalist roles (Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Consulting, or similar startup functions)
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive clear decision recommendations from data
• Ability to structure unclear problems independently and deliver results without detailed guidance
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Openness to AI-powered working methods and interest in productively using new tools
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mentality, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Fluent German and English skills (C1 level)
