About the role

You'll lead conversion rate optimization for Raisin's marketing department, focusing on PPC and affiliate landing pages, app store listings, and ad copy. This role involves designing and implementing A/B tests while collaborating across multiple teams including PPC, Marketing Analytics, and Product teams.

What you'll do

  • Optimize PPC and affiliate landing page tests, app store listings, and ad copy in collaboration with product teams
  • Take ownership for conversion optimization in the Marketing department with Paid Channel teams
  • Generate and refine hypotheses collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Design A/B and incrementality test setups, prepare documentation and moderate prioritization
  • Create landing pages using Contentstack CMS, A/B test platforms and landing page builders
  • Implement statistically sound test setups in A/B tools with structured traffic tagging
  • Analyze and interpret results using A/B testing platforms, Looker BI and other tools
  • Share results and insights with stakeholders across teams
  • Promote analytical test-driven optimization as core Marketing department philosophy

What you'll need

  • Practical experience with CRO experiments from initial idea to result interpretation and communication
  • Sound understanding of good web design practices
  • Basic CSS skills, ideally some Javascript knowledge
  • Understanding of statistical concepts like statistical significance and sample size calculation
  • Experience with web analytics tools (heatmapping tools, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Experience with A/B testing platforms
  • Understanding and interest in financial products and services
  • Workflow organization experience with ticket software (e.g. Jira)
  • Understanding of PPC marketing
  • Knowledge of CLTV, customer cohorts and ROAS considerations for marketing optimization
