Senior Manager Strategic Projects

About the role

This position is located in the Product Team Heating, where all product management activities around heat pumps are centrally bundled. We work closely with teams from Sales, Marketing, Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Quality Management, Operational Excellence, and Procurement to make an attractive offer to our customers around the topic of heating.

What you'll do

• Take project responsibility for the introduction of new hardware components in the intelligent heat pump area
• Accompany projects especially in the Go-to-Market phase: structure pilot phases, collect feedback on product quality, customer satisfaction, and process quality and ensure that what is learned is implemented for the rollout
• Serve as the interface between colleagues from areas such as Sales, Planning, Installation, Quality Management, and Procurement in projects. Keep track of ensuring that all processes are adjusted for market launch so that it runs smoothly
• Know how a Stage-Gate process works, but are not a principle rider in implementation. Ensure project plans are built agilely, so that you balance Time-to-Market, cost and quality goals
