About the role

Chief of Staff to the Managing Director at Doctolib Germany, serving as a strategic partner to drive execution and cross-functional alignment during the company's scale-up phase. You'll orchestrate complex multi-channel growth initiatives and lead transformation projects to position the business for IPO readiness within 2-3 years.

What you'll do

  • Orchestrate the growth engine across 10+ building blocks including partnerships, local sales, marketing, PLG, deployment, and customer expansion
  • Own and co-lead critical transformation projects from full OS launch to partner reselling and PLG strategy implementation
  • Monitor and unblock performance by tracking key growth metrics (SQLs, CVRs, NMR, ARPU) and driving cross-functional problem-solving
  • Amplify the MD's impact by representing in meetings, framing strategic decisions with options analysis and stakeholder perspectives
  • Prepare briefing materials and decision frameworks for ExCo sessions, board updates, and investor touchpoints
  • Build relationships across Product, Tech, Finance, and People teams to ensure German priorities are supported within Doctolib's ecosystem
  • Coach German leaders to strengthen performance and collaboration for high-growth, pre-IPO environment
  • Lead a team of 2 Executive Assistants to manage the MD's agenda and calendar optimization

What you'll need

  • 7+ years in growth-oriented, P&L-driven roles or strategic advisory with proven business impact
  • Strong business intuition to synthesize complex topics, frame strategic decisions, and build financial models
  • Track record leading cross-functional initiatives in high-growth environments, ideally with pre-IPO experience
  • Proven ability to orchestrate multiple concurrent work streams with competing priorities in ambiguous settings
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across senior executives, board members, and external partners
  • Experience establishing governance, tracking mechanisms, and accountability frameworks
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills in German and English
  • Absolute discretion with confidential business information and sensitive decisions

  • French language skills
  • Experience with growth metrics and funnel optimization
