About the role

We would like to welcome an engaged and dedicated (Senior) Group Strategy & M&A Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll become part of an agile and dynamic environment, supporting senior leadership on high-impact M&A transactions and strategic initiatives that help shape the future of our business.

What you'll do

  • Support the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, from initial screening and target outreach through signing and closing
  • Analyze business cases, financial statements, and KPIs to assess target attractiveness and identify value drivers and risks
  • Drive due diligence processes, including the evaluation of business plans and risks, the development of financial models, indicative valuations and the creation of decision documents for the Executive Board
  • Support process and framework for minority investment and collaborations
  • Conduct market and competitive intelligence research, translating findings into strategic recommendations
  • Build and maintain target screening lists and evaluate investment opportunities based on strategic and financial fit
  • Work on conceptual and strategic business development topics, helping to identify and shape new growth opportunities beyond traditional M&A
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, Tech and business unit teams throughout deal processes

What you'll need

  • Completed university degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 3-4+ years of relevant work experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory, Management Consulting with exposure to M&A and strategic projects
  • Proven experience managing corporate development or strategic projects, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution
  • Excellent financial modeling skills – you can build models from scratch and are comfortable with different valuation methodologies
  • Strong command of financial statement analysis and ability to quickly identify key value drivers and risks
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills – proven ability to create compelling, structured narratives for executive and board-level audiences
  • Structured problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail
  • Genuine interest in digital business models and the real estate/PropTech sector
