What you'll do

• Act as the first point of contact for our customers, functioning as the central interface and ensuring they feel well taken care of
• Be responsible for the efficient coordination and scheduling of conversations with our Sales Managers to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare customers for their conversations with experts - you give them all important information and accompany them through the entire process
• Through your convincing communication, you manage to not only satisfy our customers but to inspire them long-term and turn them into fans
• With your commitment, you actively contribute to optimizing our internal processes and work closely with other departments to achieve the best results
