About the role

As a Senior Paid Acquisition Manager at Kittl, you will take full ownership of our paid acquisition stack with a critical mandate to revitalize our Paid Search performance. You will operate as a high-impact individual contributor, managing six-figure monthly budgets to drive efficient subscription growth. Ultimately, you are the architect of our paid growth engine, balancing aggressive scaling with strict CPA and ROI targets.

What you'll do

  • Revitalize and scale paid search: Take end-to-end ownership of Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display), deeply analyzing and restructuring accounts to improve performance and drive scalable growth
  • Manage multi-channel strategy: Oversee and optimize six-figure monthly budgets across Google and Meta, ensuring efficient capital allocation to maximize blended ROI
  • High-velocity experimentation: Own the experimentation roadmap, executing rigorous A/B tests on ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to constantly improve CVR and lower CPAs
  • Deep data analysis: Dive deep into large datasets to uncover granular insights, moving beyond surface-level metrics to optimize for LTV, CAC, and incrementality
  • Creative strategy feedback: Partner closely with the Creative team to guide the development of high-performing assets, translating data insights into clear creative briefs for both static and video ads
  • Build automated workflows: Leverage AI tools and scripts to automate routine bidding and optimization tasks, allowing you to focus on strategy, creative testing, and finding the next growth lever

What you'll need

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing with a mastery of Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display); Paid Social experience is a big plus
  • A demonstrable track record of managing and scaling ad accounts with 6-figure monthly budgets, proving you can increase spend without sacrificing efficiency
  • Experience driving acquisition for a subscription-led business, with a strong command of unit economics like LTV and CAC
  • A deeply analytical mindset with proficiency in handling complex datasets, and a good understanding of attribution models and tracking to make evidence-based decisions
  • Proficiency in standard A/B testing with a priority on incrementality and lift analysis, looking beyond basic platform metrics to understand the true causal impact of spend
  • A self-starter who thrives as an individual contributor, possessing an "owner" mentality to navigate ambiguity and aggressively chase performance targets
