About the role
We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across departments including Engineering and Product. You'll partner with C-level executives, VPs, and senior managers to align people strategy with business goals while supporting organizational growth and change initiatives.
What you'll do
- Act as a trusted sparring partner to senior leaders across departments such as Engineering and Product, including C-level executives
- Advise and empower leaders on people strategy, organizational design, performance, and talent planning
- Resolve complex employee relations matters and provide guidance on labor law
- Translate business strategy into impactful people initiatives that drive performance and engagement
- Leverage people data and insights to identify trends, risks and inform decision-making
- Partner closely with People Operations to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions across the employee lifecycle
- Lead strategic People & Culture projects on Compensation & Benefits or Performance Management
- Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team to continuously evolve the function
What you'll need
- University degree in human resources, business administration or organizational psychology
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a multinational, fast-paced environment
- Proven experience supporting large business units (200+ employees) across multiple locations
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, VPs, and Directors
- Strong knowledge of German labor law and the German market
- Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and strategic role of HRBPs
- Ability to leverage data and insights to inform strategic decisions with strong analytical mindset
- Business-fluent English required

- International experience with UK, US, Spain, Italy markets
- German language skills
- Coaching, mediation, moderation, or organizational consulting training
