About the role

We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across departments including Engineering and Product. You'll partner with C-level executives, VPs, and senior managers to align people strategy with business goals while supporting organizational growth and change initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Act as a trusted sparring partner to senior leaders across departments such as Engineering and Product, including C-level executives
  • Advise and empower leaders on people strategy, organizational design, performance, and talent planning
  • Resolve complex employee relations matters and provide guidance on labor law
  • Translate business strategy into impactful people initiatives that drive performance and engagement
  • Leverage people data and insights to identify trends, risks and inform decision-making
  • Partner closely with People Operations to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions across the employee lifecycle
  • Lead strategic People & Culture projects on Compensation & Benefits or Performance Management
  • Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team to continuously evolve the function

What you'll need

  • University degree in human resources, business administration or organizational psychology
  • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a multinational, fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience supporting large business units (200+ employees) across multiple locations
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, VPs, and Directors
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law and the German market
  • Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and strategic role of HRBPs
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to inform strategic decisions with strong analytical mindset
  • Business-fluent English required

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting Engineering and Product organizations
  • International experience with UK, US, Spain, Italy markets
  • German language skills
  • Coaching, mediation, moderation, or organizational consulting training
  • Affinity for AI
