About the role
This is a Lead/Principal Procurement Manager position at Parloa, where you'll build and lead a modern procurement function for a high-growth AI company. You'll own global procurement strategy across all spend categories and establish scalable processes that balance commercial rigor with operational speed.
What you'll do
- Own and execute global procurement strategy across direct and indirect spend categories
- Lead commercial negotiations and structure strategic supplier agreements with enterprise vendors
- Design and implement end-to-end procurement processes from Source-to-Contract
- Optimize Procure-to-Pay platform and drive automation and integration with Finance workflows
- Build governance structures, policies, and approval frameworks for commercial operations
- Drive stakeholder alignment across Finance, Legal, IT, Security, and Business teams
- Create spend transparency through reporting, analytics, and forecasting
- Develop supplier portfolio with performance management and risk oversight
- Build foundation for scalable procurement organization including systems and processes
What you'll need
- 5-10+ years experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or commercial roles
- Experience with SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments preferred
- Proven track record managing direct and indirect spend in international organizations
- Strong negotiation experience with enterprise-level contracts
- Hands-on experience with P2P systems and process automation
- Experience with procurement governance in fast-scaling organizations
- Strong financial and analytical skills with data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High ownership and ability to operate independently
