Growth Analyst - Strategic Projects

About the role

You will be an integral part of our project team and drive one of the most important strategic growth projects at Enpal, focusing on data-driven customer strategies and lifetime value optimization.

What you'll do

• Build data-based strategies for customer segmentation – from leads to existing customers
• Develop and implement smart customer journeys that specifically target increasing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
• Take responsibility for upselling and cross-selling measures within our existing customer base
• Work closely with CRM, Marketing and other stakeholders to fully exploit growth opportunities
• Be an integral part of our project team and drive one of the most important strategic growth projects at Enpal
