About the role
Yepoda is looking for a Senior Amazon Account Manager to own and scale Yepoda's Amazon business across multiple markets, including Amazon US. This role has full accountability for channel performance across revenue, profitability, content, and operations — acting as Yepoda's in-house Amazon expert working closely with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service.
What you'll do
- Own Yepoda's Amazon business across multiple markets, including Amazon US, with full accountability for channel performance
- Manage the full Amazon P&L, steering revenue, margin, and profitability across markets
- Define and execute the Amazon growth strategy across assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility, conversion, and expansion opportunities
- Lead day-to-day account management including listing optimization, A+ content, Brand Store, and keyword strategy
- Drive Amazon marketing initiatives including Sponsored Ads, promotions, deals, and Vine; plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and hero product moments
- Partner with operations and supply chain on forecasting, replenishment, FBA shipments, and in-stock management
- Communicate directly with Amazon to resolve account health, policy, and operational issues and identify growth opportunities
- Monitor key performance metrics and translate data into clear actions; stay current on Amazon tools, algorithm changes, and competitive developments
What you'll need
- 5–7 years of relevant professional experience with strong hands-on responsibility for Amazon Seller Central, ideally at a D2C brand, aggregator, marketplace-first business, or high-growth consumer company
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing Amazon as a meaningful sales channel across multiple markets, ideally including Amazon US
- Strong experience with P&L ownership and the ability to make data-driven decisions to balance growth and profitability
- Deep understanding of Amazon fundamentals, including FBA operations, catalog management, listing optimization, SEO, PPC, promotions, account health, and marketplace analytics
- Strong command of key Amazon performance metrics such as revenue, margin, ACoS, TACoS, RoAS, conversion rate, traffic, and inventory health
- Highly analytical, structured, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex international environment
- Fluent in English
