About the role
This is a senior operations role on a five-person core ops team at Germany's third-largest property manager. You'll build new revenue verticals from scratch, integrate portfolio companies into technology entities, and scale operations across multiple cities while working directly with the leadership team.
What you'll do
- Conceptualize and build an entire new revenue vertical for Buena from the ground up
- Drive the expansion of new geographical regions
- Spend significant time with portfolio company managing directors in cities across Germany
- Integrate portfolio companies and turn them into scalable technology entities
- Lead recruitment for your verticals and motivate teams to hit ambitious goals
- Take features from idea through deployment to rollout across all portfolio companies
What you'll need
- Native-level German (C2)
- Strong desire to work in-person at the office in Berlin
- Proven track record of designing and implementing effective systems
- High intellectual ability and strong interpersonal skills
- Extreme ambition to build a category-defining company
- Willingness to work weekends
