Talent Acquisition Lead

Duna is bringing its first Talent Acquisition onboard to help scale the team. You'll help define and raise the bar, culture, and team we want to build.

What you'll do

• You'll be responsible for all candidate inflow and the end-to-end recruiting funnel - we want this experience to run like clockwork
• You'll leverage our network to unlock access to Europe's greatest talent
• You'll build and maintain relationships with future leadership talent
• You'll partner closely with our founders on onboarding, candidate experience, and the foundations of how we hire and grow teams at Duna

What you'll need

• 5-9 years of experience
• Execution rigour (as opposed to "management")
• Relationship building and networking
