Terminology Project Manager - Elternzeitvertretung

About the role

Doctolib is looking for a Terminology project manager in Germany to join the Medical Excellence team and contribute to the delivery of medical initiatives with a direct public health impact. You will play a pivotal role in revolutionising healthcare through the power of data.

What you'll do

• Deliver adjusted terminologies to support new product launches and features
• Build comprehensive terminologies for both patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring unified workflows across products
• Develop tools (python programs and AI prompts) to help manage terminologies
• Collaborate with external medical experts to validate the relevance and usability of chosen terminologies
• Analyse product manager needs and work closely with Tech teams to understand technical constraints
• Write terminology documentation and communicate on your work

What you'll need

• Experience in data, terminology or interoperability projects in Germany
• Medical background from medical studies or previous experience in a medical company
• Structured and analytical mindset with ability to break down complex problems
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality
• Result and action-oriented with strong project management skills
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams
• Fluent in German and English
