Terminology Project Manager - Elternzeitvertretung

About the role

Join our Medical Excellence team as a Terminology Project Manager to contribute to the delivery of medical initiatives with direct public health impact. You will work with our Global Medical Data Program Manager to revolutionise healthcare through the power of data, driving our mission to transform medical data management and interoperability in Germany. This is a one-year contract role (parental leave replacement).

What you'll do

• Deliver adjusted terminologies to support new product launches and features
• Build comprehensive terminologies for both patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring unified workflows across products
• Develop tools (python programs and AI prompts) to support terminology development
• Collaborate with external medical experts to validate the relevance and usability of chosen terminologies
• Analyse product manager needs and work closely with Tech teams to understand technical constraints
• Write terminology documentation and communicate on your work

What you'll need

• Experience in data, terminology or interoperability projects in Germany
• Medical background from medical studies or previous experience in a medical company
• Structured and analytical mindset with ability to break down complex problems
• Detail-oriented and inquisitive approach to ensure accuracy and quality of medical data
• Result and action-oriented with strong project management skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams
