About the role
You'll work as an Account Success Manager at CarOnSale, managing the onboarding and operational success of major B2B automotive marketplace customers. This role focuses on process optimization, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring smooth operations between buyers and sellers on the digital platform.
What you'll do
- Lead operational onboarding for new dealers, especially large customers, ensuring successful platform adoption
- Analyze existing dealer processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement concrete optimization measures
- Coordinate operational experience between customers and internal Sales and After Sales teams
- Conduct regular check-ins with accounts to identify operational challenges early and implement effective solutions
- Use data analysis and AI to continuously ensure marketplace stability and customer satisfaction
- Manage complex customer structures and high-complexity setups requiring deep process expertise
What you'll need
- 1-3 years experience in Customer Success, Operations, Project Management or Process Management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to understand complex processes quickly and find structured solutions
- Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English (minimum C1)
- Hands-on mentality, proactive approach, resilient and self-organized
- Strong stakeholder management abilities to handle diverse stakeholders and parallel tasks
- Affinity for digital tools, CRM systems and AI technology
