About the role
As a mid-market Account Executive at n8n, you'll own the complete sales cycle for Enterprise plans, targeting technical teams with average deals of €35-45K ARR. You'll work with engineering leaders and technical buyers who need workflow automation solutions, building strategic relationships while driving outbound growth initiatives.
What you'll do
- Own the entire sales process from qualification to close with average land deals of €35-45K ARR
- Test and scale outbound tactics to build repeatable and sustainable pipeline
- Build long-term strategic relationships with engineering leaders and technical buyers
- Drive sales efficiency by improving internal processes, content, and tooling
- Collaborate with Product team to share customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions
What you'll need
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Mid-market experience closing 4-figure deals
- Track record holding +600K ARR quota
- History of being top 10% performer on sales team
- Highly tech-savvy with experience selling to technical stakeholders (IT ops, DevOps, engineers)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently
- Proven track record in outbound sales
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Based in Europe
Nice to have
- Experience with open source, developer tools, or PLG companies
- Background with Series A-C stage startups
- Engineering background or coding knowledge
