About the role

As a mid-market Account Executive at n8n, you'll own the complete sales cycle for Enterprise plans, targeting technical teams with average deals of €35-45K ARR. You'll work with engineering leaders and technical buyers who need workflow automation solutions, building strategic relationships while driving outbound growth initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Own the entire sales process from qualification to close with average land deals of €35-45K ARR
  • Test and scale outbound tactics to build repeatable and sustainable pipeline
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with engineering leaders and technical buyers
  • Drive sales efficiency by improving internal processes, content, and tooling
  • Collaborate with Product team to share customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions

What you'll need

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Mid-market experience closing 4-figure deals
  • Track record holding +600K ARR quota
  • History of being top 10% performer on sales team
  • Highly tech-savvy with experience selling to technical stakeholders (IT ops, DevOps, engineers)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently
  • Proven track record in outbound sales
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Based in Europe

Nice to have

  • Experience with open source, developer tools, or PLG companies
  • Background with Series A-C stage startups
  • Engineering background or coding knowledge
