Product Manager - Customer Hub

About the role

Lead product management for a new Customer Hub that creates a self-service platform for customers to manage their renewable energy journey from information gathering through installation. You'll focus on reducing operational overhead while maximizing conversion and customer trust through automation and transparency.

What you'll do

• Lead the product management lifecycle for the customer hub from idea to implementation
• Conduct user research and use insights from analytics and experiments to identify opportunities
• Define the roadmap based on outcomes and data, aligning with international stakeholders
• Improve customer experience by guiding them through their renewable energy journey
• Optimize processes and increase efficiency for internal teams globally
• Work with engineers and designers in a cross-functional team

What you'll need

• Several years of experience in product management, ideally in renewable energies or energy supply
• Experience in e-commerce, Marketing, Sales or consumer-facing digital products in Growth
• Customer-first mindset with regular customer research experience
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with cross-functional collaboration
• Data driven mindset with hands-on experience using analytics and experimentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with strong English and German proficiency

Nice to have

• Proficiency in using AI and no-code tools to create internal apps and prototypes
• Curiosity about experimenting with AI tooling to optimize day-to-day PM work
