About the role
We're looking for a Founding Engineer: an excellent software engineer who's equally comfortable building a polished UI and designing an LLM agent pipeline that works reliably in production. You'll be one of the first engineering hires — deciding what to build, architecting how it works, and shipping it to enterprise customers who rely on it daily.
What you'll do
- Turn raw feedback and behavioral insights into product experiences that truly land, shaping the interface between LLMs and procurement professionals who make million-euro decisions.
- Build and maintain complex agent pipelines: supplier analysis, cost benchmarking, negotiation strategy generation — making these workflows feel simple, fast, and trustworthy.
- Ship full-stack features: UX, backend logic, prompt pipelines, data integrations.
- Prototype fast, learn from real usage, and iterate until the product is genuinely excellent.
- Define architectural decisions, tool choices, and patterns that will set the standard as the engineering team scales.
What you'll need
- A track record of shipping production systems, whether at a company, on side projects, or in open source.
- Real, hands-on experience with LLMs beyond calling an API: effective prompting, retrieval pipelines, embeddings, and reasoning about latency/cost/quality trade-offs.
- Sharp product instincts — you think about the user, not just the code.
- High-agency and outcome-driven: you figure out what to build, not just how. You move fast, communicate clearly, and take ownership of results.
- Comfortable using AI tools as a natural part of how you work.
Nice to have
- Exposure to procurement, supply chain, ERP systems, or enterprise B2B software.
What they offer
- Competitive salary with meaningful equity (VSOP) — founder-level compensation.
- 30 days vacation.
- Equipment budget for your ideal setup.
