Chief of Staff

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Chief of Staff to join the leadership team at deeploi. In this role, you act as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO, driving cross-functional alignment, owning financial steering, and making sure decisions are taken and executed across the company.

What you'll do

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from first structure to final delivery.
• Drive how we position, package and price our product as we expand our SaaS offering and open up new go-to-market tiers.
• Own business planning, forecasts, investor reporting and performance tracking, as well as accounting, billing and our external finance partners.
• Drive OKRs, decision-making and cross-functional collaboration for clarity and accountability, and connect company OKRs to performance management.
• Act as a trusted thought partner to the Founders and leadership team.
• Take responsibility for customer contracts and contractual updates, coordinate external legal support, and manage public funding and ISO topics.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment or strategic and finance roles in a startup or scale-up.
• Strong background in financial analysis, reporting and planning, and confident in Excel modelling.
• Appetite to grab topics, take full accountability and drive them end to end, without waiting for someone to hand you a plan.
• Hands-on and entrepreneurial, with detail orientation to push until something is excellent.
• Excellent strategic thinking and communication; you translate between strategy, finance and operations.
• Comfortable in a high performance culture with fast pace, changing priorities and broad responsibility.
• Fluent German (ideally C2) and business fluent English (C1).
