About the role

This is a senior operational role focused on scaling Buena's property management portfolio companies across Germany. You'll work hands-on to integrate acquisitions, build scalable processes, and drive operational excellence while traveling extensively to work with portfolio company managing directors.

What you'll do

• Spend significant time with portfolio company managing directors in cities across Germany
• Integrate portfolio companies and professionalize their operational processes
• Scale margins while increasing revenue across the portfolio
• Create a scalable integration playbook for future acquisitions
• Lead recruitment and motivate portfolio company teams to achieve their goals

What you'll need

• Native-level German (C2) proficiency
• Strong desire to work in-person at the Berlin office
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective systems and processes
• High intellectual ability and strong interpersonal skills
• Extreme ambition to build a category-defining company
• Willingness to work weekends and relocate to Berlin
