About the role
Miss Moneypenny Technologies is seeking a Chief of Staff: Accounts & Growth (f/m/d) to take ownership of the post-signature customer lifecycle, build the Account Growth function from the ground up, and drive enterprise account growth across their insurance portfolio. Reports directly into C-Level (3 founders + COO). Individual contributor in leadership capacity from day one, with a team of 4 and growing.
What you'll do
- Translate C-Level direction into projects, milestones, systems, and results — sitting between founders and the After Sales team
- Design account strategies, expansion frameworks, reporting cadences, and quality standards from scratch
- Drive Net Revenue Retention, minimise churn, and build a strategic expansion pipeline — target: double account volume year over year
- Make operational decisions, develop team capabilities, and drive hiring with the COO
- Navigate enterprise stakeholder structures: stakeholder mapping, cross-divisional growth paths, steering committee preparation
- Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Partners functions
What you'll need
- Experience in a Chief of Staff or Operator role with direct customer-facing and commercial exposure — or leadership experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Key Account Management with a strong generalist and builder profile
- Proven track record of building things from scratch: processes, teams, functions, strategies
- Comfort with enterprise complexity — understanding of how large insurance groups operate: stakeholder structures, steering committees, cross-divisional dynamics
- Daily hands-on use of AI with concrete, self-built workflows
- Strong project management capability — breaking goals into milestones, milestones into systems, systems into execution
- Ability to start executing at 30% clarity and iterate
- Full professional proficiency in English and German
- Hands-on readiness to work directly with key accounts yourself, not only manage others who do
