About the role
You'll be a Business Development professional at an AI-driven trade platform connecting suppliers across Asia, Europe, and the GCC region with local demand for infrastructure, energy, and construction materials. This role combines business development, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth in the industrial materials trade sector.
What you'll do
- Act as primary point of contact for key business partners and negotiate high-value contracts
- Track market trends, pricing, and demand across various regions
- Run competitive analyses and identify trading opportunities
- Assist in day-to-day operational tasks including project management and team coordination
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
- Act as liaison between Growth, Operations, and Procurement teams
- Support Leadership team on strategic and operational decisions
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Hands-on mentality with focus on implementation
- Ability to speak directly with customers, suppliers, partners and investors
- Excellent German skills and strong English communication abilities
- Passion for growth startups and transforming traditional industries
