About the role

This is a logistics coordinator position at an AI-driven trade platform that transforms industrial supply chains. You'll manage global transportation of materials, coordinate with third-party partners, and help scale operations across international markets while working with cutting-edge logistics technology.

What you'll do

• Coordinate global transportation of goods and ensure prompt deliveries based on customer needs
• Manage communication with third parties to ensure smooth business operations
• Open new trade lanes by finding new partners across the globe
• Create strong, reliable, and long-term relationships with customers through quality work and clear communication
• Collaborate closely with customer success, procurement, product management, growth and engineering teams
• Use cutting-edge technology on Salesforce for logistics management
• Improve and grow daily on a personal level, push for operational excellence

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in using KPIs and CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Experience optimizing costs while maintaining operational excellence
• Fluent in German (C1 or above)
• Experience scaling logistics operations across different countries
• Strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial approach
• Independent, collaborative, and able to take significant responsibility
• Strong communicator, comfortable with different stakeholders
