About the role
This Business Development Representative role focuses on expanding Moss' customer base in Germany by creating opportunities with CFOs and Finance leaders. You'll master various outreach and sales techniques while being coached by the leadership team to generate interest in Moss' spend management solution.
What you'll do
- Create opportunities with CFOs and Finance leaders through multi-thread and channel approaches
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new potential customers
- Ensure accurate customer data recording and optimize commercial processes to improve funnel conversion rates
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing team to support the full sales cycle
What you'll need
- Initial experience in a sales related role, focused on cold acquisition
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
- Driven mindset with motivation by success and ability to push beyond targets
- Expert communication skills with ability to tailor messaging and build rapport quickly
- Strong hunger to learn and grow, proactively seeking feedback
- Adaptive problem-solving abilities to handle objections and navigate uncertainty
