About the role
HelloFresh is seeking a Lead Compensation Business Partner to develop, implement, and ensure adoption of global compensation programs. This strategic role will work with HR and business leaders to align compensation with the company's pay philosophy while maintaining competitiveness and compliance.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders across Tech and global units, providing expert advice on compensation strategy and pay practices
- Lead strategic compensation initiatives including pay equity, compensation reviews, job architecture, and top talent retention programs
- Provide data-driven insights and advanced analytics to inform compensation decisions and ensure market competitiveness
- Create and refine compensation tools, processes, and dashboards in partnership with global teams
- Develop market analyses to identify trends, assess data gaps, and provide data-backed recommendations
- Serve as subject matter expert and build communication content to educate HR partners, leaders, and employees
What you'll need
- 8+ years of compensation experience, ideally supporting technology or corporate functions in fast-paced, global environments
- Strategic mindset with proven ability to counsel HRBPs and senior business leaders across all organizational levels
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience handling large data sets and building advanced data models
- Proven track record building and implementing compensation programs in dynamic environments
- Experience navigating complexity and ambiguity while adapting to evolving business needs
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Google Sheets or Excel proficiency required
