About the role
You'll build and scale n8n's Global System Integrator (GSI) partnership program across EMEA, turning early relationships with Tier-1 integrators into a repeatable revenue engine. This role owns the GSI motion end-to-end, helping partners develop services offerings around n8n while generating significant partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
What you'll do
- Own GSI strategy across EMEA with clear partner prioritization, engagement models, and KPIs
- Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic services partners capable of building consulting practices around n8n
- Develop relationships across partner leadership, practice leads, and field sellers to embed n8n into their portfolios
- Build and execute joint go-to-market strategies including campaigns and industry solutions
- Stand up repeatable co-sell execution between GSIs and n8n's Sales organization
- Drive lighthouse partnerships with Tier-1 GSIs to build ecosystem credibility and momentum
- Onboard GSIs with technical and commercial enablement for confident selling and implementation
- Track partner-sourced pipeline, deal engagement levels, win rates, and activation metrics
What you'll need
- 10+ years experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Sales within fast-scaling SaaS companies
- 3+ years working directly with services partners in revenue-focused roles
- Track record building GSI partnership motions with Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini or similar
- Experience with complex enterprise deals in €100K–€500K+ range involving consulting partners
- Ability to build trusted relationships and translate influence into opportunities and revenue
- Technical fluency discussing APIs, integrations, automation platforms, and AI workflows
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills across Sales, Marketing, Product teams
Nice to have
- Fluency in German, Spanish, or French in addition to English
- Experience at fast-scaling technology companies in evolving environments
- Strong understanding of co-selling models, partner enablement, and services-led enterprise sales
- Experience with automation platforms, integration technologies, or AI-driven workflow products
