About the role
As an Inbound Sales Representative for the DACH region based in Berlin, you'll manage the complete sales cycle for SumUp's payment solutions. You'll engage with small business merchants across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, helping them discover and implement the right payment and business solutions for their needs.
What you'll do
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to customer conversion via phone and email
- Act as trusted advisor to understand small business needs and recommend appropriate SumUp solutions
- Conduct product demos and consultations to showcase how SumUp simplifies merchant operations
- Meet and exceed ambitious sales KPIs in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Collaborate with Berlin office peers to share best practices and contribute to team culture
- Track progress and share customer insights to improve regional sales approach
What you'll need
- Proven sales experience, ideally in POS, SaaS, hospitality, retail or similar industries
- Fluent German (C1+) and strong English for internal communication
- Experience with consultative selling and building long-term customer relationships
- Thrives in performance-driven environments and motivated by ambitious targets
- Confident communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
