About the role
This is a B2B sales position focused on new customer acquisition for Scout24's real estate platform. You'll manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, working with potential clients to identify their needs and present tailored solutions from Scout24's product portfolio.
What you'll do
- Identify and qualify potential new customers through targeted market and audience analysis
- Execute cold calls, email campaigns, and social selling activities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure
- Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions
- Lead professional negotiations, handle objections, and create customized presentations and proposals
- Build long-term business relationships and consistently achieve sales targets
- Develop comprehensive expertise on Scout24's integrated products and solutions
- Provide support for sales inquiries including questions about partner systems in OneSystem
What you'll need
- Completed vocational training or relevant professional experience, ideally in B2B sales, account management, or real estate
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience with proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong hunter mindset with high closing orientation
- Proficiency with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
- Proactive, structured, goal and solution-oriented working style with analytical thinking
- High self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking, and drive to achieve success
- Resilience and persistence during longer sales cycles with strong social competence
- Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing
