Project Manager - Partner Management

About the role

You take on a key role in the strategic development and expansion of our partner network of external craftsmen in the MSB environment, managing partnerships and ensuring optimal collaboration through defined KPIs.

What you'll do

• Take on a key role in the strategic development and expansion of our partner network of external craftsmen in the MSB environment
• Manage and develop our craftsman partners based on defined KPIs (e.g., utilization, performance, quality) and ensure sustainable collaboration
• Serve as the central point of contact in close exchange with the managing directors of our partner companies and build long-term, trustful relationships
• Conduct regular coordination and development discussions with our craftsman partners
• Share responsibility for structured, smooth onboarding of new partners and ensure an excellent partner experience
• Handle route and capacity planning for our drivers for optimal material delivery
• Ensure timely and needs-based material equipment for our craftsman partners
• Coordinate our mobile trainers and ensure optimal support and enablement of new craftsman partners
• Function as an interface to internal stakeholders from various departments and ensure efficient cross-departmental collaboration
