About the role
You'll be an Enterprise IT Atlassian Systems Engineer responsible for designing and implementing complex platform architecture projects. This role involves leading technical initiatives, driving automations, and managing integrations between Atlassian and other systems across Raisin's global IT operations.
What you'll do
- Lead design and implementation of complex platform architecture projects and requests
- Partner with Team Leads to translate high-level goals into scalable Atlassian solutions
- Drive automations and AI enablement to create measurable efficiency and performance value
- Own connection points between Atlassian and tech stack including Google, Slack, and MDMs
- Build custom webhooks and API calls where native integrations are insufficient
- Manage permissions, security levels, and Atlassian Access for data security and compliance
What you'll need
- Deep experience in administration and engineering of the Atlassian suite
- Mastery of JQL for complex reporting and solid understanding of Atlassian data models
- Proven ability to lead technical projects from inception to completion
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical leaders
- Proactive approach to security and compliance within cloud-based environments
