About the role

You are our driving force when it comes to bringing AI solutions into everyday operations – across all markets. You identify automation potential in Customer Care, Logistics and Quality Assurance, build AI agents and ensure that our teams can use them independently. You always think internationally and consider linguistic and cultural differences of our European markets.

What you'll do

  • Analyze operational processes in Customer Care, Logistics and Quality Assurance and identify potential for AI automation
  • Design, test and roll out AI agents and AI tools in collaboration with external partners – with focus on consistent, high-quality customer experience across all markets
  • Systematically test input/output quality of AI solutions and derive improvement potential
  • Keep helpdesk articles and support knowledge databases up to date and optimize them for AI use in collaboration with Product and Marketing teams
  • Continuously monitor agent performance and optimize for accuracy, speed and cost efficiency
  • Collaborate with local teams to adapt AI solutions to linguistic and cultural specifics of individual markets
  • Form bridge between Operations, IT and AI partners – translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Document processes and train operational teams for independent use after go-live

What you'll need

  • 2–4 years of experience in Operations, process optimization, Business Analysis or comparable roles
  • Demonstrable experience in automating operational processes with RPA, AI tools or workflow automation
  • Strong analytical skills to break down complex processes into automatable steps
  • Technical understanding of APIs, data flows and system integrations
  • Python skills for scripting, data analysis and automation
  • Strong interest in AI tools and their potential to improve operational processes
  • Detail-oriented approach to testing and validation
  • Ownership mentality and high implementation strength
  • Fluent German and English (C1+)

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI agents or prompt engineering
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Zapier, Make.com or similar platforms
  • Cross-functional collaboration in Customer Care, Logistics or QA
  • Experience in scale-ups or fast-growing companies
  • Additional European language skills
