About the role

This is a Senior Account Executive position focused on the DACH market, managing the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure. You'll work closely with SDR and Customer Success teams to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the B2B SaaS spend management space.

What you'll do

  • Qualify inbound leads and reach out to your own prospect list
  • Present tailored solutions through discovery and demo calls to communicate clear value
  • Maintain relationships with prospects and multiple stakeholders through contract negotiations
  • Create seamless onboarding experiences and introduce customers to Success Managers
  • Stay current on company developments and market trends through cross-departmental collaboration
  • Accurately report and track activity in CRM system

What you'll need

  • Proven experience as Sales Manager or Account Executive in B2B SaaS or FinTech
  • Fluent German (C2) and English (C1) language skills
  • Full sales-cycle and solution sales experience preferred
  • Strong ownership mindset with ability to manage pipeline and targets independently
  • Structured selling approach with proven methodology
  • Customer empathy and consultative selling skills
  • Resilience to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Team player attitude with collaborative approach
