Junior Sales Trader

About the role

This is a trading and sales role focused on selling construction materials across DACH and European markets. You'll manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing while tracking market trends and ensuring smooth operational execution of trades.

What you'll do

• Sell and trade construction materials across DACH and key European markets
• Build and manage customer relationships, negotiate pricing and volumes
• Take full ownership of deals from lead generation to closing
• Track market trends, pricing, and demand across various regions
• Run competitive analyses and identify trading opportunities
• Contribute to buying and selling strategies with real-time insights
• Ensure smooth end-to-end execution of trades including order processing and logistics coordination
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams on invoicing and delivery follow-up

What you'll need

• Excellent German, Italian, or French language skills plus strong English communication
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field
• First experience in competitive environments like Management Consulting, Investment Banking, VC or high-growth startups
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Hands-on mentality focused on implementation
• Ability to speak directly with customers, suppliers, partners and investors
• Passion for growth startups and transforming traditional industries
