About the role
As a Sales Development Representative for the Dutch market at Voyfai, you'll focus on generating and qualifying new B2B business opportunities in the Dutch-speaking market. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a critical role in expanding the customer base for freight forwarding services.
What you'll do
- Proactively approach potential B2B customers in the Dutch-speaking market via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach including cold calling and cold emailing
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for SME freight forwarding businesses
- Schedule introductory meetings between prospects and company leadership
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and accurate CRM records
- Research industries and stakeholders to personalize outreach
- Share market insights and customer feedback with leadership
What you'll need
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Native or near-native Dutch fluency (mandatory)
- Good English skills for internal collaboration
- High motivation to build a career in outbound sales
- Comfort with cold calling and proactive outreach
- Resilience and persistence
- Strong organizational and communication skills
