About the role

As a Sales Development Representative for the Dutch market at Voyfai, you'll focus on generating and qualifying new B2B business opportunities in the Dutch-speaking market. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a critical role in expanding the customer base for freight forwarding services.

What you'll do

  • Proactively approach potential B2B customers in the Dutch-speaking market via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach including cold calling and cold emailing
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for SME freight forwarding businesses
  • Schedule introductory meetings between prospects and company leadership
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and accurate CRM records
  • Research industries and stakeholders to personalize outreach
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with leadership

What you'll need

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Native or near-native Dutch fluency (mandatory)
  • Good English skills for internal collaboration
  • High motivation to build a career in outbound sales
  • Comfort with cold calling and proactive outreach
  • Resilience and persistence
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
