About the role

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own end-to-end recruitment across business and tech - from the first sourcing touch to offer and close. You will be the single owner of TA at Kittl, partnering directly with hiring managers across the company.

What you'll do

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: Lead hiring across business and tech roles - briefing, sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing
  • Source proactively: Go beyond job postings and inbound applications; find strong candidates before they're on anyone else's radar
  • Partner with hiring managers: Work closely with leads across product, engineering, and business - manage expectations, communicate clearly, and push back when needed
  • Drive a standout candidate experience: Make every touchpoint count, from first outreach to final decision
  • Leverage AI and automation: Implement and experiment with AI-driven sourcing, candidate engagement tools, and process automations to make hiring faster and smarter
  • Shape employer branding and community: Help tell Kittl's story externally, support events, and build a culture people want to be part of

What you'll need

  • Experience: At least 2 years in Talent Acquisition, ideally with both business and tech roles in your portfolio
  • Sourcing mindset: You don't wait for applications - you go find people, and you're good at it
  • Ownership and high drive: You take accountability for outcomes, operate independently, and proactively push work forward without being asked
  • Stakeholder partnership: You communicate well, manage expectations, and build trust with demanding hiring managers
  • Adaptability: You thrive in fast-moving environments; startup or scale-up experience is a plus, especially if you were the only recruiter or close to it
  • Tech curiosity: You're excited to explore AI, automations, and other tools to innovate hiring processes
