About the role
Own facility operations across Credibur's client base and be the primary day-to-day interface between originators and their lenders. You will work directly with the founding team on live deals from day one, handling borrowing base calculations, asset tape schemas, backup servicing playbooks, and client operations across multiple European structured credit deals simultaneously.
What you'll do
- Own borrowing base calculation logic: Translate facility documentation into calculation configurations on the Credibur platform, including eligibility criteria, advance rates, concentration limits, and exception handling.
- Design asset tape schemas: Define data requirements for each new client onboarding and ensure originator data maps correctly to Credibur's platform.
- Maintain backup servicing playbooks: Define and document operational runbooks for each backup servicing mandate.
- Shape the product: Work closely with the engineering team to translate what you see on deals into platform improvements.
- Manage client operations: Handle day-to-day queries from originator treasury teams and lender portfolio managers, flag issues early, and own resolution where possible.
What you'll need
- 3 to 4 years of experience in structured finance, warehouse lending, or capital markets operations at a non-bank lender, asset manager, or credit servicer
- Direct, personal responsibility for producing reports or calculations for an institutional counterparty
- Exposure to borrowing base mechanics, eligibility criteria, and asset tape workflows
- Asset class experience in consumer lending, BNPL, SME loans, factoring, or auto receivables
- Strong English; able to handle a professional client call independently
Nice to have
- German language skills (significant plus given client base)
- Berlin-based or willing to relocate
What they offer
- Unmatched deal breadth across multiple originators, lenders, and asset classes at an early career stage
- Direct access to live deals and institutional counterparties as the operational contact
- Founding team proximity with direct involvement in live and consequential deals
- Berlin-based or remote within Europe/UK with periodic travel to Berlin HQ and clients
