Flight Software Product Assurance Engineer

About the role

Join the Product and Quality Assurance (PQA) team with a strong focus on Flight Software Product Assurance. You will play a critical part in ensuring the quality, safety, and reliability of both flight and ground software across our growing satellite constellation, working at the intersection of engineering, quality, and operations in a mission-critical space environment.

What you'll do

• Define and maintain the company's quality and Product Assurance standards
• Ensure software meets the highest levels of robustness, compliance, and reliability
• Support mission success in both orbit and ground operations
• Take end-to-end ownership of quality processes and embed strong engineering discipline across the software lifecycle
• Work across disciplines to bring clarity to ambiguity in complex, technical environments

• Proactive and detail-driven approach with strong team collaboration skills
• Experience working in complex, technical environments
• Comfort with structured quality processes and the pace of rapidly scaling organisations
