About the role

This is a working student position supporting the Workplace Experience team in Berlin, focusing on ensuring a positive and well-organized workplace experience while assisting with global workplace initiatives. The role requires being onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

What you'll do

  • Implement global workplace experience standards and programs in the Berlin office
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations, including facilities coordination and vendor support
  • Help with administrative tasks related to workplace tools, travel coordination, and external vendors
  • Support office environment upkeep to ensure it's welcoming and functional
  • Act as first point of contact for workplace-related questions from employees
  • Assist in organizing local events, employee engagement activities, and internal meetings
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities from a workplace perspective
  • Assist with health and safety documentation and compliance tasks
  • Share observations and feedback regarding employee experience and office operations

What you'll need

  • Enrolled as a student with working student status
  • Fluent in German (Native speaker or C1 certificate)
  • Fluent in English (Native speaker or C1 certificate)
  • Initial experience or strong interest in workplace experience, office management, or hospitality
  • Proactive, hands-on, and service-oriented mindset
  • Good communication skills and friendly, professional approach
  • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and work independently with guidance
  • Interest in creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace environment

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment like a startup or part-time job
  • Basic familiarity with workplace programs, employee engagement, or hospitality services
  • Interest in supporting daily office operations and working in a hybrid environment
  • Enthusiasm for helping build community and organizing events
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
