About the role
Senior Product Manager with proven experience building B2B SaaS products to take full ownership of a core slice of the platform. You'll work at the intersection of engineering, operations, and real customer problems, turning ambiguous challenges into well-defined, reliably shipped product. You'll own both customer-facing features and the internal infrastructure that powers operations, from installer onboarding and KYC to invoicing and credit workflows.
What you'll do
- Translate customer, commercial, and operational needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria — turning vague problem spaces into concrete, buildable solutions.
- Own and continuously refine your product backlog, ensuring work is well-prioritised, well-scoped, and ready for engineering to pick up.
- Run product discovery — talk to installers, dig into usage data, study competitor approaches, and validate assumptions before committing engineering time.
- Work closely with engineers daily to clarify scope, navigate trade-offs, and unblock execution.
- Drive initiatives through development, testing, and release, ensuring features ship reliably and with high quality.
- Own your product area end-to-end — from identifying opportunities and defining strategy to shipping, measuring outcomes, and iterating post-launch.
- Use AI tools as a natural part of how you work — for research, writing, analysis, and prototyping.
What you'll need
- 5-10+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software-driven environment, with a track record of shipping product that moved real metrics.
- Strong experience with backlog ownership, story writing, and working closely with engineering teams on a daily basis.
- The ability to go from a vague problem space to a clear product direction through research, structured thinking, and good judgement under uncertainty.
- A pragmatic approach to trade-offs between speed, quality, and scope — you know when to ship and when to push back.
- Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information — you identify what needs solving and move forward without waiting to be directed.
- Experience running discovery: user interviews, data analysis, usability testing, or other methods to validate direction before building.
- Based in Berlin and energised by being in the room. We're intentionally office-first.
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B fintech, embedded finance, or process-heavy internal tooling.
- German language skills, given our installer base and internal stakeholders.

- Strong base, bonus tied to outcomes, and meaningful equity.

- Prenzlauer Berg office with latest Apple hardware, free breakfast and dinner, stocked kitchen.
